Welcome to Choice legal Services. By accessing or using our website, mobile services, or in-person locations, you agree to comply
with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, clients,
and service users. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Choice Legal Services. By using our services or accessing our website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms in full. • If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use. • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without notice. • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.

• Choice Legal Services is not a law firm and does not offer legal services reserved solely for lawyers.
• Paralegals operate within the legal scope authorized by Ontario law.
• You are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for complex legal issues.
• We are not responsible for third-party misrepresentations of our scope.

3. Client Eligibility & Verification

• Clients must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID.
• Be legally capable of entering into agreements and signing documents.
• We may deny service if ID cannot be verified or if documents appear fraudulent.

4. Services & Geographic Restrictions

• Services include in-person, virtual, and mobile options.
• Some services may be restricted by jurisdiction or document type.
• Additional travel or urgency fees may apply for mobile services.

5. Appointments, Payments, & Service Delivery

• Bookings can be made online, in person, or by phone.
• Services are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
• Travel fees or rush charges may apply.
• Accepted methods: e-transfer, credit/debit cards, and in-office cash.

6.Cancellations, Refunds, & No-Shows

• Full refund or rescheduling requires minimum 2 hours' notice.
• Less than 2 hours may result in partial refund or credit.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Mobile dispatch cancellations may incur full or partial charges.
• Completed services are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure documents are legally complete. • Bring all required IDs. • Understand documents prior to signing. • Do not rely on paralegals for legal advice outside permitted scope.

8. Data Privacy & Protectiont

• Use of services implies consent to data collection for service delivery. • We adhere to our Privacy Policy for full disclosure and protection.

We do not review, interpret, or validate the legal accuracy of your documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by user error or technical issues. • We are not responsible for misuse or rejection of notarized documents. • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10.Service Refusal Rights

• Service may be refused for suspicious or incomplete documents. • Unsafe or abusive behavior results in service denial. • Requests outside our legal scope will be declined. • Invalid identification may lead to refusal.

11. Service Availability & Technical Limitations

• Not responsible for outages due to maintenance or platform failures. • Local internet disruptions are not within our control.

13. Intellectual Property

• All website content is property of Choice Legal Services. • Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Testimonials and Public Submissions

• Submitted testimonials may be used for marketing. • Inappropriate content may be moderated or removed.

15. Third-Party Websites

• We do not endorse or control third-party sites. • We are not liable for their content or privacy practices.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Ontario and Canadian law. • Disputes must be resolved in Ontario courts. • Class action waivers apply; individual resolution only.

17. Severability

• Unenforceable provisions do not affect the remainder of these Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

• These Terms supersede all prior agreements and communications.

19. Non-Disparagement Clause

• False or defamatory statements about Choice Legal Services or its staff are prohibited. • We may pursue legal remedies for reputational harm.

20. Indemnity

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liabilities or claims arising from misuse of our services.

21. Misuse of Credentials or Firm Name

• Unauthorized use of our name, logo, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

22. Communications Disclaimer

• General communications do not form a paralegal-client relationship. • Engagement begins only upon confirmation or signed retainer.
